Why has FinancialForceX Summit been changed from an in-person event to a virtual event?

Based upon information provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization and other authorities, physical gatherings will continue to present risk for coronavirus transmission into the foreseeable future. The safety of our customers, partners and employees takes precedence over other factors. For that reason, we've replaced the in-person gathering with a virtual event.

Given that I registered for the in-person event, am I automatically registered for the virtual event?

No, you were not automatically registered for FinancialForceX Virtual Summit. Your registration for FinancialForceX Summit was cancelled and you received a full refund on your conference pass. FinancialForce did not want to make any assumptions on your interest in joining us virtually.

When and “where” will FinancialForceX Virtual Summit take place?

FinancialForceX Virtual Summit will take place June 23 - June 25 with two half days of business strategies and tips. All of the sessions will be recorded and available On-Demand for registered attendees. This virtual experience of sessions and demos is a new way to connect with you, our customers and partners, when it’s convenient for you. Will the registration fee that I already paid for the in-person event be refunded?

Yes. Those registration fees have already been fully refunded. Your refund was applied to the original form of payment, such as a credit card.

What is the cost to attend FinancialForceX Virtual Summit?

There is no charge for attendees. Registration is free!

Will any of the sessions be recorded and available outside of the scheduled session times?

All FinancialForceX Virtual Summit Keynotes and sessions will be recorded and available On-Demand for registered attendees to watch at their leisure

Do I need to register for individual sessions?

You do not need to register for any sessions in advance. In the schedule builder you can star sessions you want to attend and add them to your calendar. We anticipate our User Groups to be very popular so please register in advance. In addition, to ensure you keep your spot please join the User Group Session on time.

How do I access the virtual event on June 24 and 25?

The virtual event will open on June 24 and cannot be accessed prior. Every registrant will receive an email prior to the
event when it is time to log in.
